We are seeking immediate joiners with exceptional English communication skills, who are graduates from 2020 to 2024, for the position of Process Trainee – AR Caller in Chennai, Coimbatore and Trivandrum. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to check claim statuses, handling billing for US healthcare providers, and ensuring payment receipt for processed claims. You'll need to possess strong problem-solving abilities, be detail-oriented, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in communication (both verbal and written), organisation, and computer skills (especially MS Excel) is essential. Additionally, you should be flexible with shift timings and demonstrate a positive attitude consistently.
