THE OPPORTUNITY
Denali Assets provides an extensive range of services under Facility Management and Property Management.
We are looking for a stellar individual to join our Team. Our Campus Managers work closely with our client teams to build and run operations to help them succeed in their business objectives. Our experienced, dedicated and professional approach to Facility Management ensures peak efficiency without compromising on the health, safety and comfort aspects of our tenants.
To be an effective Campus Manager at Denali Assets, you should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monthly review of Deliverables and KPIs for continued relevance.
- Achieve client satisfaction to Client expectations.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
- Develop and implement a strategic program for pursuing key initiatives and innovation leading to demonstrable continuous improvement.
- Management of sourcing, hiring, training and backfill process for all staff.
- Manage and assist with the personal development of all direct reports.
- Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for all direct reports.
- Ensure Your Organization staff are appropriately trained to meet the requirements of their positions.
- Manage all service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery.
- Prepare tender documentation, evaluation of tenders; prepare contracts
- Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost for Client.
- Ensure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Client’s operations
- Coordinate with Security Team to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce the utility costs, increase productivity and increase the savings.
- Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption, in conjunction with the all the building operation teams
- Coordinate with Projects for brownfield projects
- Manage a program of inspections for the property on Energy conservation, Maintenance practices, Utility management and Risk management procedures
- Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
- Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations
- Manage & Coordinate EH&S program and audits for ISO certification
- Audit the Building management offices to make sure that the procedures are being followed and adhered with.
- Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times
- Implement and manage an audit program to ensure the exposure to risk is minimized
- Event Management on the request from Client
- Updating SLD, Building/ Campus layout and all utilities commissioning documents
- Asset listing & tagging/ Asset register
- Coordinating client Risk Assessment program
- Coordination with Denali Business work streams for Archiving and Retrieval of Document.
Qualification: Engineering graduate. Diploma in EEE. B.Tech/BE- Mechanical or EEE, ITI with experience of min 3 yrs.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in handling a facility or property

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
