Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven IT Product Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting our software products and digital solutions, and managing the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
You will work closely with our technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure clients receive the right technology solutions while helping the company achieve its growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple industries.
- Research target companies and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
Client Consultation
- Understand client business challenges, operational workflows, and technology requirements.
- Recommend appropriate software products and custom IT solutions based on business needs.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations.
- Present the business value, ROI, and technical capabilities of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams during solution presentations whenever required.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts.
- Successfully close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Consistently exceed individual sales KPIs.
CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up throughout the customer journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing for lead nurturing campaigns.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Development Teams for smooth project handover.
- Share customer feedback and market insights to improve existing products and identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software development services and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling Custom Software Development, ERP, CRM, Mobile Applications, AI Solutions, or Cloud Services.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Solution Selling.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Existing professional network within Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Logistics, or Enterprise businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
