What You’ll Be Driving
- Translating business requirements into scalable and robust solution architectures
- Leading end-to-end architecture design and implementation strategy
- Driving pre-sales initiatives including POCs, demos, and RFP/RFI responses
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams for effective solutioning
- Ensuring best practices across architecture, design, and integrations
- Supporting delivery teams with implementation planning and code reviews
- Governing Salesforce enterprise delivery frameworks
- Mentoring and enabling technical teams for high performance
What We’re Looking For :
- 10+ years of experience in software application development (Salesforce / Java / CRM)
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect / Technical Analyst (2+ years)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with cloud implementations
- Strong consulting, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
