Profile Summary:
You will be responsible for connecting learners with career opportunities, industry partners, and professional development programs. You will manage placement drives, mentor students in career readiness, and build strong relationships with recruiters to ensure successful employment outcomes. Your role is crucial in enhancing student employability and strengthening the organization's brand in the education technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and hiring managers for campus and online placements
- Plan, coordinate and execute placement drivers, webinars, and virtual recruitments events
- Guide learners in resume building, interview preparation and career planning
- Track learner progress and placement outcomes, providing regular reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to align learning programs with industry requirements
- Conduct pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews and skill enhancement workshops
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, EdTech market developments, and in- demand skills
- Assist in generating reports on placement performance, employer feedback, and learner employability metrics
Requires Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BBA or relevant background.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- persons with IELTS Trainer certificate is an advantage
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, corporate hiring trends, and student career development
- Ability to plan. organize and execute placement - related events efficiently
- Mentoring and counselling skills to guide learners effectively
- Candidate with relevant work experience will be an advantage
