We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Assist in receiving and organizing new stock.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
