Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain company projects, offers, and services professionally.
- Qualify customer requirements and generate genuine sales leads.
- Schedule site visits for the Field Sales Team.
- Follow up with interested customers until conversion
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and build customer relationships.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
