Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting client sites, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting project execution. The role involves frequent field visits, client meetings, market surveys, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and project scope.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Site Coordination
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with project, production, and logistics teams for timely project execution.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated accurately to internal departments.
- Assist in resolving site-related issues and customer concerns.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle client inquiries and provide technical or commercial support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly visit reports.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations, and project status.
- Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Site Coordination, or Project Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
- Valid driving license.
- Knowledge of construction, HVAC, facility management, industrial products, or project sales is an added advantage.

Salary: As per company standards + Travel Allowance
