- Quality Assurance & Accreditations: Actively participate in maintaining and upgrading NABH and NABL accreditation standards. Implement, audit, and monitor hospital standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols.

- Patient Relations & Grievance Redressal: Monitor patient feedback systems, address patient grievances promptly, and implement corrective measures to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Liaison & Coordination: Serve as a vital link between clinical departments (doctors, nursing staff) and non-clinical departments (HR, Finance, Billing, Security, Information Technology).
- Incident Management: Handle medico-legal cases (MLCs) and administrative emergencies, ensuring proper documentation and smooth coordination with external authorities when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MD in Medical Administration or MD in Hospital Administration from an NMC-recognized institution. (Candidates with an MBBS followed by an MHA/MBA in Hospital Administration from a premier institute with relevant experience may also be considered).

- Registration: Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council (or National Medical Commission).
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional conflict-resolution skills, sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, and excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Tamil is highly advantageous).
