We are looking for a result-driven and experienced professional for the position of AGM Sales for a premium residential real estate project.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive residential sales for premium/luxury projects
Build and manage Channel Partner (CP) network
Handle direct leads – walk-ins, digital leads, referrals & IVR
Manage site office operations, presentation & customer experience
Conduct site visits for HNI and serious buyers
Achieve revenue targets and lead the sales team effectively
Candidate Requirements:
6–9 years of residential real estate sales experience
Minimum 3 years in premium/luxury housing sales
Strong knowledge of Tricity real estate market, pricing & competition
Proven track record in ₹2 Cr+ residential unit sales
Experience handling CP network development
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
