About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in Shimla. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding client requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful government projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
· Document business processes, requirements, and solutions clearly.
· Facilitate meetings and follow-up activities to ensure project progress.
· Support project managers in requirement analysis and documentation.
· Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure understanding.
· Assist in client support and relationship management.
· Participate in project coordination and problem-solving activities.
Required Qualifications And Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally 2 years.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Knowledge of project management and stakeholder coordination.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
