Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers professionally and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and brand standards.
- Handle billing support, POS operations, and payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the showroom at all times.
- Assist in stock management, inventory counting, replenishment, and receiving merchandise.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize store revenue.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding daily sales performance and operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria
