Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

As a Product Owner, your day involves collaborating closely with various teams to guide the development and delivery of software products. You spend time aligning project goals with business objectives, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that the product vision is clearly understood and executed. Your role requires balancing priorities, managing backlogs, and making informed decisions that drive product success. You actively participate in planning sessions, review progress, and adapt strategies to meet evolving requirements, fostering a productive and cohesive environment for all involved parties.

- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business units to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication techniques.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Skilled in backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Competence in using product management tools and software to track progress and performance.
