Job Summary
Amend Dental Centre is seeking an experienced and results-driven Telesales Head to lead and manage our telesales operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in healthcare, health insurance, banking, or financial services industries and possess a strong track record in team leadership, sales performance management, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop telesales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue generation.
- Handle workforce planning, performance monitoring, and team productivity.
- Train, coach, and mentor telesales executives and team leaders.
- Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in telesales, sales management, customer acquisition, or business development.
- Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling and managing 50+ employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree required
