Job description:
The Legal Visa Counselor is responsible for advising clients on immigration and visa matters, ensuring compliance with applicable immigration laws and regulation .The role in involves assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing visa documentation, coordinating with legal teams, and providing accurate guidance throughout the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advise clients on visa options, eligibility criteria and immigration pathways.
2. Conduct detailed consultation to assess client profiles and documentation.
3. Prepare, review and submit visa and immigration applications accurately and on time.
4.Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws, regulation and policies.
5.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, procedural changes and legal updates.
6.Maintain accurate client records and case files in compliance with data protection. 7.Support appeals, reapplications, or refusals under legal supervision
Qualification & Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies or a related field (preferred).
2.Proven experience in visa processing, immigration consulting or legal advisory roles.
3.Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures. He/ she should be graduate with minimum 2 to 3 year experience as visa counselor(Tourist/Study), Can do counselling independently and with team too. job type : Full- time Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work( Required)
