What you’ll do:
- Maintain and optimize reporting suites to ensure they remain relevant, up to date, and aligned with AMS best practices and the Data Playbook.
- Drive reporting centralization and streamlining initiatives.
- Own and deliver continuous improvement and innovation projects related to reporting.
- Provide recommendations for enhancements to standard AMS reporting and Recruitment Analytics solutions.
- Ensure high utilization of reporting portfolios by improving report relevance and usability.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality business-as-usual (BAU) reporting in line with KPIs.
- Own delivery of complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Maintain and enhance the central data model for supported accounts.
- Implement reporting enhancements and changes according to reporting roadmaps.
- Resolve reporting and technical issues, escalating or collaborating with relevant teams when required.
- Support data model optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Continuous Improvement teams to support reporting requirements.
- Ensure minimal reporting rework through strong quality control processes.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive and effective communication.
- Work closely with I&I Partners, Data Strategy teams, and Hub teams.
- Monitor reporting utilization and recommend enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and positive CSAT outcomes.
- Regularly review reporting suites to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Improve reporting efficiency by reducing reliance on ad hoc reporting.
- Optimize reporting content by removing low-value or underutilized reports.
- Implement enhancements that increase business value and reporting adoption.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard development expertise.
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Experience with data modeling and maintaining centralized data models.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of reporting best practices, governance standards, and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and talent intelligence reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical reporting issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage expectations regarding report delivery timelines and enhancements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Data Strategy, and Operations functions.
- Strong presentation and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
- Knowledge sharing and best practice coaching capabilities.
- Experience leading reporting-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
