Role Overview
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on hiring for architecture, design, and related technical roles. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in architectural or design industry hiring and the ability to manage multiple roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- 3D Visualizers / Artists
- Draftspersons
- Business Development Executives
- CRM, Accounts & Support functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and pre-joining follow-ups
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, job postings, and talent attraction strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements within the recruitment function
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in recruitment, with proven experience in architectural, design, or construction-related hiring
- Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical hiring processes
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
