1. Front Office & Visitor Management
- Be present at the branch throughout the working day.
- Welcome parents, students, trainers and visitors.
- Attend to walk-in enquiries and provide information about courses/programs.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and other communication.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the centre.
2. Admissions & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups from lead databases.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, schedules and other relevant information.
- Convert enquiries into counselling appointments/admissions.
- Maintain a daily lead tracker.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the academic/counselling team wherever required.
3. Branch Operations
- Take care of the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
- Ensure classrooms and common areas are ready for sessions.
- Coordinate schedules, batches, trainers and students.
- Monitor attendance and basic student records.
- Handle day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding branch requirements, issues and updates.
4. Customer/Parent Coordination
- Respond to parent/student queries.
- Handle basic concerns and escalate academic or serious issues to the appropriate person.
- Maintain good relationships with parents and students.
- Coordinate communication regarding classes, schedules, events and changes.
5. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain enquiry, admission and student databases.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Support fee/payment coordination.
- Maintain basic office documentation.
- Coordinate stationery, supplies and other branch requirements.
Pay: ₹14,542.79 - ₹20,000.00 per month
