We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-grade AI and cloud-based products.
Position Summary
The Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager will facilitate Agile practices, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of software products. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering cloud-native or AI-based applications using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Guide development teams in adopting Scrum and Agile best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Plan, monitor, and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs based on business goals.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, AI, and business teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
- Monitor sprint metrics, team velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery KPIs.
- Ensure software releases meet quality, security, and performance standards.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Support release planning, production deployment coordination, and post-release reviews.
- Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and engineering productivity.
- Maintain project documentation, sprint reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, or Software Delivery.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience managing cloud-native, web, AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar.
- Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
