Job Title: CRM Executive
Department: Sales & Customer Relationship
Reports To: Sales Head
Job Summary:
The CRM Executive will manage and strengthen relationships with HoReCa clients, ensuring seamless coordination, timely service, and high customer satisfaction. The role involves handling client data, supporting sales activities, and enhancing long-term business relationships within the hospitality segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a database of HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés) in the CRM system
- Act as a single point of contact for client queries, orders, and service requests
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for timely order fulfillment
- Track client interactions, feedback, and consumption patterns
- Ensure regular follow-ups with existing clients to maintain strong relationships
- Assist in onboarding new HoReCa clients and maintaining documentation
- Generate reports on client engagement, repeat orders, and sales performance
- Support promotional campaigns, product trials, and sampling activities for HoReCa clients
- Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / customer handling (preferably HoReCa / FMCG)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
