Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Agri Teleconsultant Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, guiding farmers on agricultural products and solutions, explaining our services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and potential customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate agri-related guidance
- Explain company products such as bio-fertilizers and animal nutrition solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain call records and update customer data
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Freshers are welcome
