What You'll Learn & Do
1. Source and shortlist candidate profiles from job portals and LinkedIn
2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and suitability
3. Coordinate interviews and hire the best-fit talent for our clients
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
Manage and post content on the company's social media platforms
Learn recruitment strategies, employer branding, and client communication from industry professionals
Who Should Apply?
- fresher to 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, and social media
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
