We are looking for a results-driven SEO & AI Search Optimization Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and maximize visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic website rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and service pages for search engines.
- Improve technical SEO, including site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search engines.
- Implement AI Search Optimization (AISO/GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search results.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly and AI-optimized content.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, AI search, and Google algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or AI Search Optimization.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, HTML, and WordPress/CMS platforms.
- Understanding of AI search optimization techniques and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the healthcare, skincare, or dermatology industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content strategy and SEO copywriting.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization and search visibility.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve ROI through organic growth.
