About the Role
Kimirica is hiring a Beauty Advisor for our SIS counter at Shoppers Stop. This is a customer-facing retail role where you will represent Kimirica in-store, engage with customers, and drive sales while delivering a premium beauty and self-care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations
- Demonstrate products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
- Drive counter sales through strong product knowledge and conversion skills
- Maintain counter hygiene, VM standards, and product displays
- Track stock levels and support replenishment coordination
- Build relationships with repeat customers and ensure high service standards
- Coordinate with store teams for smooth daily retail operations
Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Comfortable working in retail shifts, weekends, and store timings
- Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service
