We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager & CRM to manage the complete customer journey from lead allocation and sales closure to post-sales coordination and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales-closing abilities, CRM expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and a thorough understanding of real estate documentation and transaction processes.
Key Responsibilities Sales Closing & Revenue Generation
- Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into successful property bookings.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and closure rates.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures.
CRM & Customer Relationship Management
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding bookings, documentation, payments, and possession updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and developer teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure collection and verification of booking forms, KYC documents, and payment records.
- Track agreement registrations, loan processing, and possession timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Generate sales, booking, collection, and CRM reports for management review.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Support sales teams in closing high-value deals.
- Train and guide team members on CRM processes and customer handling best practices.
