- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Track customer orders and provide timely updates on delivery status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, buying, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Process return, replacement, cancellation, and refund requests as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or helpdesk software.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain service quality by meeting response time and resolution targets.
- Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and order placement.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
