Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day (Between 7 PM IST to 1 AM , IST) or (6 AM IST To 11 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday To Friday
We are seeking a Network Firewall.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise firewall and network security infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with next generation firewalls, security policy management, threat mitigation, and compliance, along with relevant industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, manage, and maintain enterprise firewall and network security solutions Administer next generation firewalls (NGFW) including rule creation, policy optimization, NAT, VPNs, and security zones
- Implement and manage site to site and remote access VPNs
- Perform firewall upgrades, patching, backups, and configuration audits
- Troubleshoot complex network security incidents, performance issues, and outages Conduct security hardening, access control reviews, and vulnerability remediation
Participate in change management, risk assessments, and security reviews,
- Work closely with SOC, network, infrastructure, and application teams
Ensure compliance with security standards (NIST, ISO, CIS, SOC, etc.)
- Support audits, penetration testing, and regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain security documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
- Provide escalation-level support and mentor junior engineers
Required Technical Skills
- *Strong hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls such as:
o Cisco FTD AND AZURE Firewall*
- Expertise in:
o Firewall security policies and rule optimization
o IPS/IDS, URL filtering, application control
o SSL decryption, threat prevention, malware protection,
- *Advanced knowledge of:
o TCP/IP, routing, switching
o Network segmentation and zero-trust principles,*
- Experience with:
o Load balancers, proxy solutions, and VPN gateways
o SIEM integration (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, etc.)
