Supervision and execution of residential/commercial construction work. Monitoring RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and infrastructure activities. Ensuring work quality as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Preparation and verification of BOQs, measurements, and billing. Monitoring project progress and maintaining construction schedules. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and site regulations. Material planning, procurement coordination, and stock monitoring. Daily site reporting and documentation.
Requirements ✅ B.Tech/B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering ✅ Minimum 3–8 years of relevant construction experience ✅ Strong knowledge of site execution and quality control ✅ Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings ✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting ✅ Good communication and team management skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
