Job Summary
N&M Management & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to support admissions for boarding schools. The role involves contacting prospective parents, generating admission enquiries, counselling parents about school facilities and academic offerings, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective parents from provided databases and leads.
- Explain the school's academic programs, boarding facilities, extracurricular activities, and admission procedures.
- Counsel parents and address their queries regarding admissions.
- Schedule school visits, campus tours, and online counselling sessions.
- Follow up regularly with interested parents to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and admission status.
- Achieve monthly enquiry generation and admission conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless lead management.
- Update CRM/software with daily calling and follow-up activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, admissions counselling, customer service, or call centre operations preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
