Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for solar EPC materials.
- Source quotations for Solar Modules, Inverters, Structures, Cables, Earthing Materials, BOS items, and Electrical Components.
- Compare vendor quotations based on price, quality, delivery timeline, and payment terms.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors until material delivery.
- Track procurement status and ensure timely availability of materials for project execution.
- Coordinate with the Project, Engineering, and Store teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain vendor database, price comparisons, and procurement records.
- Resolve supply issues, shortages, and delivery delays.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Solar EPC materials and procurement processes.
- Strong vendor sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
