ABOUT THE ROLE
This position involves teaching and training K-12 school students in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Coding, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies through experiential and project-based learning methodologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology education, capable of simplifying complex concepts, and confident in mentoring students while managing technology-focused learning environments in schools.

You will inspire young learners to explore Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, and future technologies through hands-on activities, coding projects, and interactive learning experiences while continuously enhancing your own technical expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach and train K-12 students in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Python Programming, Coding, Data Analytics, and related technologies.
- Deliver curriculum aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board educational standards.
- Conduct practical sessions using AI tools, coding platforms, programming environments, and data visualization tools.
- Evaluate student performance through projects, practical assessments, competitions, and continuous evaluation methods.
- Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Digital Literacy, Cyber Safety, and Emerging Technologies.
- Utilize learning analytics to identify student strengths and improvement areas and provide personalized learning support.
- Manage computer labs and learning resources, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization of equipment and software.
- Coordinate with school management to plan timetables, events, exhibitions, competitions, and technology showcases.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, school authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Record and maintain training data, attendance, project outcomes, assessments, and student performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Tech/BE/M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Electronics & Communication, or related disciplines.
- MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent qualifications are also eligible.
- Freshers are preferred; candidates with prior teaching, training, coding, or AI-related experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, Python Programming, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Coding concepts.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and coding platforms.
- Understanding of Robotics, Automation, and Emerging Technologies will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
- No backlogs and a minimum of 65% throughout academics are preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Training Period (Maximum 2 Months) – Allowance of INR 15,000/month
- Post Training CTC – INR 3.6 to 4 LPA
- Earn additional rewards of up to INR 1 LPA
- Annual appraisals with minimum CAGR growth of 8–15%
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
