Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled multimedia content producer. You will be the visual storyteller of our brand, responsible for shooting and editing high-quality video and photographic content. You will work closely with the marketing team to capture the team’s vision, field success stories, corporate culture, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Videography & Photography: Crop Show Events: Travel to demo plots and farmer fields to shoot high-quality video testimonials, crop growth stages, and "Field Day" events. Studio/Office Shoots: Capture content for Reels, educational series, and corporate culture (team activities, office updates). Product Photography: Shoot high-resolution images of our seeds, packaging, and harvest results for use in catalogs, posters, and the website.
2. Video Editing & Post-Production: Social Media Edits: Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form content (Reels/Shorts) that aligns with current trends.
- Long-Form Edits: Edit educational YouTube videos (interviews, farming guides) with proper color grading, audio syncing, and subtitles in multiple languages (provided by the marketing executive).
- Graphics Integration: Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to integrate lower-thirds, logos, and motion graphics into videos.
3. Content Strategy & Management: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Operations to brainstorm visual concepts that educate farmers rather than just sell to them. Manage and organize the company’s digital asset library (raw footage, final edits, photo archives). Maintain and care for camera equipment, lights, and audio gear.
Who You Are
- Experience: Proven experience in videography and editing (agency experience or freelance portfolio required).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom is a plus.
- Visual Eye: Strong understanding of composition, lighting (natural and studio), and visual storytelling.
- Agility: Ability to turn around "trend-based" social media content quickly (same-day or next-day edits).
- Willingness to Travel: Comfortable traveling to various locations/farms for shoots. Language: Understanding of English, Marathi, and Hindi is highly preferred to communicate effectively with farmers during shoots.
