Key Responsibilities:
- Attend patient-specific implant surgeries and provide intraoperative clinical support to surgeons and operating room staff.
- Ensure surgeons are familiar with the surgical plan, implant design, instrumentation, and workflow.
- Support the successful execution of procedures to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as the primary clinical contact during the pre-operative and peri-operative phases.
Surgeon & Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital teams, and key opinion leaders.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by collecting surgeon feedback and communicating insights to design, engineering, and product teams.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements, product enhancements, and service excellence.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate patient case progression from imaging acquisition through implant manufacturing and surgery.
- Work closely with surgeons and the design team to ensure timely review and approval of surgical plans and implant designs.
- Track project milestones and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate implant, instrument, and surgical guide logistics to ensure on-time delivery to hospitals.
- Verify case readiness before surgery, including availability of approved designs, implants, instruments, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and case documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in surgical support, clinical applications, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of operating room protocols and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously and work under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with X-Ray and CT-based planning and 3D medical technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within North India and attend surgeries as required.
- Work closely with Clinical Affairs, Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Facilitate communication between surgeons and internal teams to ensure clinical requirements are accurately translated into design solutions.
- Support training programs and educational activities for surgeons and hospital staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
