About the Role
Fitbird Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of aviation, defence, infrastructure, and engineering projects. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in project execution, client coordination, and technical operations.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Aeronautical, Computer Science, or equivalent).
· Candidates with other equivalent technical qualifications may also apply.
Experience
· Freshers are welcome.
· Candidates with experience in project execution, engineering, infrastructure, aviation, defence, or industrial projects will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
3. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
4. Assist in site inspections, measurements, testing, and commissioning activities.
5. Ensure that work is carried out as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
6. Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
7. Coordinate with the design and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
8. Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation.
9. Visit project sites and travel for project-related activities as required.
10. Support senior engineers and project managers in day to day project activities.
Desired Skills
· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
· Good analytical and problem solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
· Self motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
· Good organizational and time management skills.
