Role Overview
The AI Transformation Head Enterprise Solutions will lead MSM Unifys AI-driven enterprise business, driving large-scale adoption of AI-powered programs across corporates, universities, and government bodies.
This is a high-impact leadership role with end-to-end ownership of building and scaling a revenue-generating AI transformation vertical.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Business Leadership
- Build and scale the AI transformation vertical with full PL ownership
- Drive annual revenue targets of 3545 Crore
- Develop long-term business strategies and growth roadmaps
- 2. Enterprise Growth
- Develop and manage high-value enterprise, university, and government accounts
- Drive solution-led, consultative selling approaches
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- 3. AI Capability Solutioning
- Design scalable AI transformation programs and frameworks
- Lead AI adoption initiatives across client organizations and internal teams
- Develop innovative AI-led offerings and use cases
- 4. Commercial Leadership
- Lead deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
- Ensure strong contribution margins and commercial viability
- 5. Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, LD Heads, academic leaders, and policymakers
- Drive partnerships across enterprise, education, and government sectors
- 6. Delivery Governance
- Ensure successful program implementation with defined SLAs and measurable outcomes
- Monitor client satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- 7. Thought Leadership
- Represent MSM Unify in AI, skilling, and enterprise transformation forums
- Establish MSM as a leader in AI-led education and workforce transformation

- Experience Qualifications
- Experience 10-15 years in consulting, enterprise solutions, EdTech, LD, or digital transformation
- AI Expertise Hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and workflow design
- Revenue Ownership Proven experience managing 1030 Cr portfolios or closing large deals
- Enterprise Sales Strong solution-based selling and deal structuring experience
- Leadership Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Education Bachelors degree required MBA preferred
