Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn using organic and automated outreach methods.
- Identify and research potential prospects based on target industries, geographies, and business requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to build targeted prospect databases.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate appointments and business opportunities.
- Manage connection requests, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
- Extract, verify, and maintain lead data with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure lead quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies for better response rates.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices, automation tools, and lead generation trends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation / B2B Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with tools such as Expandi, Dripify, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, PhantomBuster, etc.
- Strong understanding of prospecting, list building, and lead qualification.
- Excellent written communication and outreach skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Experience
IT Services / Digital Marketing / SaaS / B2B Service Industry. Experience generating international leads (US, UK, Europe, Australia markets).
