Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Operational Executive with hands-on experience in the signage industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating labor and welders, handling client requirements, managing workload, and supporting the CRE team to maintain a steady flow of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day signage operations (fabrication, installation, and delivery)
- Schedule and supervise labour and welders as per project timelines
- Plan and allocate jobs and workload efficiently
- Coordinate with the production and installation team
- Handle client coordination, site visits, and work updates
- Ensure projects are completed on time and as per quality standards
- Support the CRE team in managing and maintaining new client flow
- Track material requirements and coordinate with vendors if needed
- Resolve operational issues at site or workshop level
- Maintain basic work reports and job status updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in signage / fabrication industry
- Strong knowledge of labour and welder coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Basic understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation processes
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in outdoor signage, LED signboards, ACP, glow sign, flex, fabrication
- Local site-handling experience
- Team-oriented and proactive in approach
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
