Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and update ledgers.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Support in reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts.
- Handle petty cash and record all transactions.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
- Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account-related queries.
- Assist the Accounts Manager/Finance Head in audits and other accounting functions.
