Role:
- Handle purchasing, starting from material requisition to GRN clearance.
- Managing daily purchasing activities.
- Follow up with the suppliers to get timely delivery.
- To get offers, prepare a comparison sheet & negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, quality, and production departments.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
