AQUASTAG Technologies LLP is hiring a Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, respond to sales enquiries, follow up with leads, and support business development activities for our water treatment solutions including RO plants, water softeners, domestic RO systems and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Handle inbound enquiries from IndiaMART and other lead sources
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable water treatment solutions
- Follow up with leads regularly for conversion
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Draft and send professional emails
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with technical team
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate internally for pricing, order processing and installation updates
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication
- Support negotiation and assist in closing deals
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets
- Research new business opportunities and customer databases
- Use AI tools for email drafting, research and productivity support when required
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Telecalling experience preferred
- Sales and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Internet)
- Professional communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is an added advantage
- English, Hindi and Telugu preferred
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
