Job Description
VCentrix Services is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients and strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
