Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives and attract top talent across various functions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, and hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Education: MBA in HR, PGDM in HR, or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Technical Skills: ■ Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms. ■ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ■ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
● Knowledge: ■ Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, employer branding, and talent mapping. ■ Experience hiring for sales, operations, finance, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions is an added advantage.
● Soft Skills: ■ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ■ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. ■ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. ■ Strong organizational and time-management skills. ■ Self-driven with a proactive and target-oriented approach.
