Role Overview
Plan and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen the Teonox brand, generate leads, and
drive growth across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:-
Brand & Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and strengthen the Teonox brand across multiple channels.
Identify new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and grow Teonox's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and oversee content calendars in collaboration with the content team.
Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.I
Identify partnerships, collaborations, and influencer opportunities.
Research competitors and industry trends to improve marketing initiatives.
Explore innovative ways to grow the brand organically and through strategic
campaigns.
Marketing Analytics:
Measure campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and actionable insights.
Analyze customer behavior and marketing performance to improve ROI.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand building.
Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
and YouTube.
Ability to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
