Sales Advisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and delivering an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and committed to achieving sales targets while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
