Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective patients and convert inquiries into bookings
- Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their journey
- Understand patient concerns and suggest suitable treatments/services
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients
- Explain procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes clearly
- Handle patient questions and concerns professionally
- Maintain regular communication before and after the service
Candidate Requirements
· 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales-focused role
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
· Experience handling customer queries and converting leads
· Comfortable working under pressure with performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹403.47 per day
