We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities, marketing strategies, lead generation, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
* Generate leads and convert prospects into admissions/business
* Handle client relationships and follow-ups
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for business development activities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Preferred candidates with EdTech industry experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle targets and team coordination
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
