The ICU Staff Nurse provides critical care to critically ill or unstable patients. You will monitor patient conditions, administer advanced life support, and respond to rapid changes in patient health.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Patient Monitoring: Assess and record vital signs continuously.
- Ventilator Management: Manage mechanical ventilators and airway equipment.
- Medication Administration: Infuse vasoactive drugs and titrate high-alert medications.
- Diagnostic Response: Interpret ECG rhythms, lab values, and ABG results.
- Emergency Response: Initiate CPR and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Equipment Operation: Operate dialysis machines, CRRT, and ICP monitors.
