Role Summary
We need an experienced Senior Sales Manager / Site Visit Closer who can take qualified prospects from the pre-sales team, conduct powerful site visits, handle objections, negotiate confidently and convert customers into bookings.
The candidate must be a proven real estate closer, not just a lead-follow-up executive.
Key Responsibilities
Receive qualified leads and site-visit appointments from the pre-sales executive.
Personally attend and manage customer site visits at Sadashivpet.
Deliver a compelling project presentation covering the wellness community, plots, villas, amenities, location advantages and investment proposition.
Understand the customer’s budget, family needs, investment objective and decision-making process.
Show suitable plot/villa options and explain pricing, payment plans and booking process.
Handle objections related to location, approvals, pricing, returns, timelines and comparison projects.
Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and drive bookings.
Follow up after site visits until closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, booking pipeline and weekly sales forecast.
Work with management on inventory, offers and customer documentation.
