About the Role
Seedwill Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales to lead residential real estate sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of residential real estate projects and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely deal closures.
- Mentor, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive high-performance sales culture.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
