Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with directors and producers to define the visual style of projects.
● Lead camera and lighting crews, ensuring creative and efficient execution of shoots.
● Shoot high-quality ads, branded content, and digital campaigns with cinematic f lair.
● Apply advanced color grading and correction to enhance storytelling.
● Infuse artistic vision inspired by creators like Gawx Arts, producing visually stunning footage.
● Ensure every content piece feels cinematic and polished.
● Oversee editing workflows and collaborate with post-production teams.
● Mentor junior cinematographers and camera operators.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
● 5 - 10 years of progressive industry experience in cinematography or related roles
● Experience across multiple formats: commercials, corporate films, YouTube, Instagram.
● Familiarity with emerging technologies (drones, VR/AR cinematography, advanced rigs).
● Passion for artistic, visually striking content and cinematic storytelling.
● Proven track record of delivering high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
● Strong portfolio and 2 - 3-minute showreel highlighting best work across ads, branded content, and cinematic projects.
Skills:
● Strong knowledge of camera systems (ARRI, RED, Canon, Sony).
● Expertise in lighting design, framing, and composition.
● Ability to shoot ads and branded content with cinematic quality.
● Mastery of DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro for color grading and correction.
● Understanding of basic editing workflows.
● Strong leadership and communication skills.
● Demonstrated showreel and portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Photography, or Fine Arts.
● Certifications in camera operation, lighting workshops, or post-production software
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
